Hi Cindy!

I wrapped mine each in plastic wrap and then frozen them in a freezer bag. Mine would not be consumed quickly enough in my home of two people. Also, this crisps them up, which I like. You could also refridgerate them. If you chose to bake them in the oven at 350, then you could just wrap them on up!

Hope that helps, if you have any more questions, let me know!!

How long can they be stored, and would you freeze or just wrap them?

Thank you for the sweet comments everyone!!

Amy- Thanks for letting me know your changes! It makes me so happy I was able to provide something healthy for you and your kids to make and would LOVE to try your version. They sound delish! I am NOT dairy free, but they just ended up that way!! Thanks again for reading, commenting and sharing :)

I just made these and made a few changes based on what I had in the house and my own preferences. I replaced corn starch with arrow root powder, and coconut milk with kefir, I just used more oats in place of the puffed brown rice because I was out, and powdered milk instead of protien powder, (can you tell it's time to go to the store?) they are now more of a granola bar and not dairy free(dairy is not an issue for our family) but my kids gobbled them up in a heart beat and they have got be better than the store bought versions. Thanks for the idea.
